Rosso veronese IGT
Red grapes are manually harvested in the foothills north of Verona, and then left to dry in cases for a while, so as to reach the ideal strength. Grapes are pressed in the middle of November, but only after few years can the wine best express its great character.

Ideal with main courses; stewed meat, furred and winged game, hard and spicy cheeses.
Complex bouquet, with scents of plums, blackberries, cranberries and blueberries and spicy hints.
The taste is dry, with sweet tannins that leave it soft and round.
